MessageBroker chosen to provide Evergreen Garden Care’s fully managed integration service
Evergreen Garden Care, the new name of US-based Scotts Miracle-Gro’s former international business, has selected BluJay Solutions’ MessageBroker to integrate the firm’s supply chain with a new analytics data platform
The largest garden care company outside of North America, Evergreen has undergone significant restructuring since being sold by Scotts, and so requires an integration platform to ensure reliable communication and collaboration with each of the partners across its supply chain.
MessageBroker will provide supply chain electronic data interchange (EDI) compliance across orders, advanced shipping notices, and invoices across the firm’s 160 partners across its operational territories.
Evergreen’s MessageBroker deployment will be housed within BluJay’s data centre to enable Evergreen to rely on the platform to carry out EDI compliance, maximising efficiency and freeing staff for other duties.

Sian Hopwood, senior VP of B2B Operations at BluJay, said in BluJay’s statement:
“BluJay's MessageBroker brings users in-depth, real-time visibility across their entire Trading Partner network, providing them with the information they need to enhance operations and become more efficient across increasingly complex supply chains.”
Steve Williams, Evergreen’s interim CIO, added:
“Our business is complex and constantly evolving, and we needed to find a modern, managed service that would enable us to conduct EDI securely and hassle-free.”
“Thanks to BluJay’s expertise in EDI and supply chain, its international reach through its Global Trade Network ecosystem, and its clear understanding of requirements, MessageBroker was an ideal choice.”
