An influential leader and achiever of many firsts, Carol B. Tomé stepped out of retirement – having spent 24 years at The Home Depot – to take on her dream role in 2020 as CEO of UPS. In doing so, Tomé became the company’s first outside CEO, and the first woman to be UPS’ CEO in its history. 

Tomé is an influential leader and driver of change and innovation within the supply chain and logistics industry, dedicated to making a positive difference.
