JAGGAER REV2025: AI Takes Centre Stage in Miami

JAGGAER outlined its mission to transform the procurement landscape at its REV2025 conference, held at Miami's luxurious Turnberry Resort.
The company unveiled its groundbreaking AI strategy and celebrated industry innovation across two action-packed days.
Meet JAI, the game-changing AI co-pilot
The star of the show at REV2025 was, undoubtedly, JAI, JAGGAER's intelligent AI orchestrator designed to serve as a strategic co-pilot for procurement teams.
JAI isn't just another chatbot – it represents a sophisticated evolution in procurement technology, integrating conversational Q&A, automated purchase order invoice anomaly detection, AI-powered content generation and comprehensive workflow orchestration within the JAGGAER One platform.
What truly sets JAI apart is its planned evolution from assistant to co-pilot to eventual autopilot.
In its co-pilot phase, JAI will provide real-time guidance, identify outliers and suggest actions across sourcing, contracting and supplier management.
The future autopilot version promises to autonomously manage complex workflows, allowing procurement professionals to focus on strategic oversight whilst maintaining the crucial "Human in the Loop" approach.
Leadership charts bold new course
JAGGAER CEO Andrew Roszko and his executive team didn't hold back in outlining the company's ambitious roadmap.
Andrew highlighted the company's accelerating momentum, underpinned by four core commitments: listening to customers, empowering teams, executing with accountability and driving innovation through product development and acquisitions.
The numbers speak volumes about JAGGAER's global reach, with more than US$3tn in managed spend and strategic partnerships fuelling both innovation and talent development.
Chief Digital & AI Officer Gopinath Polavarapu and Chief Product Officer Jon Lawrence detailed JAI's continuous improvement capabilities, emphasising rapid iteration and customer co-development.
Separating AI hype from substance
Day 2 brought a dose of realism courtesy of Patrick Reymann from IDC, who urged attendees to separate AI hype from reality.
His sobering prediction that 70% of procurement roles could be significantly altered within three years underscored the urgency for professionals to engage proactively with new technologies.
Jon followed with JAGGAER's practical roadmap, focusing on supplier intelligence, source-to-contract and procure-to-pay capabilities. He stressed that AI should be foundational rather than superficial, introducing new features like "Smart Quote" and AI-driven account code suggestions.
VP of Product Management Alastair McMullan unveiled the Guided Intake Experience in version 25.3, designed to streamline procurement for non-experts. This innovation orchestrates complex workflows whilst making procurement more intuitive and accessible – a significant step towards democratising procurement expertise across organisations.
Customer success takes centre stage
REV2025 wasn't just about future promises, as real-world success stories demonstrated AI's transformative power.
Five awards were focused around the critical themes of AI decision-making, elevating procurement to a strategic force, navigating ESG risk and compliance and innovating with supplier intelligence.
The conference reinforced its transformation theme through JAGGAER's recently unveiled AI-powered enhancements to its platform suite, demonstrating the company's commitment to driving industry evolution.
Industry leaders recognised
JAGGAER's "Pros to Know" awards celebrated 16 top procurement and supply chain executives for their contributions to industry innovation.
The awards recognised excellence across five categories:
- Procure-to-Pay Achievement
- Supply Chain Resilience and Compliance
- Excellence in AI-Driven Procurement
- Source-to-Contract Achievement
- Industry Leadership in ESG Practices
Looking ahead: Momentum and optimism
REV2025 concluded with palpable optimism as Andrew and Chief Revenue Officer Joe Elliott highlighted renewed enthusiasm from both new and long-standing customers.
The commitment to developing vertical-specific AI agents tailored to industry needs, such as BOM-based agents for cost analysis, signals JAGGAER's intention to move beyond one-size-fits-all solutions.
The leadership team's pledge to act on customer feedback and continue driving innovation suggests REV2025 was just the beginning of JAGGAER's AI-driven transformation. With JAI leading the charge and a clear roadmap ahead, the future of procurement looks increasingly intelligent, collaborative and strategically focused.
