REV2025: Winners of JAGGAER Customer Awards Announced

Leading source-to-pay provider JAGGAER recognised the achievements of customers driving innovation, impact and transformation across various procurement and supply chain categories.
At the two-day conference held at the Turnberry Resort in Miami, JAGGAER honoured the practitioners and visionaries for their significant contributions and real-world impact within the supply chain and procurement function.

REV2025 is focused on advancing procurement and supply chain management through innovation, designed to guide organisations through digital transformation of their source-to-pay processes whilst strengthening supplier partnerships and operational resilience.
It serves as a strategic gathering for procurement and supply chain executives implementing next-generation technologies and methodologies.
Focused around the critical themes of AI-decision making, elevating procurement to a strategic force, navigating ESG risk and compliance and innovating with supplier intelligence, the conference reinforces its transformation theme through JAGGAER's recently unveiled AI-powered enhancements to its platform suite, demonstrating the company's commitment to driving industry evolution.

Procure-to-Pay Achievement Award
Honouring teams that have used JAGGAER's procurement and accounts payable solutions to drive user adoption, increase on-contract compliance, improve cycle times through optimised workflows and implement automation to deliver bottom-line savings.
Supply Chain in Resilience and Compliance Award
Recognising organisations that use JAGGAER solutions and/or JAGGAER technology partners to anticipate, adapt to and recover from supply chain disruptions. This category also highlights teams that leverage solutions to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations and ethical standards throughout their supply chain.
Excellence in AI Driven Procurement Award
Celebrating innovative applications of JAGGAER and/or JAGGAER technology partner's AI solutions to enhance user adoption and achieve significant value through process improvements and hard savings.
Source-to-Contract Achievement Award
Recognising organisations that have leveraged JAGGAER solutions to optimise processes from supplier onboarding to identifying needs, executing sourcing events and final award and contract creation. Metrics may include cycle times for each process, use of templates, user and supplier adoption, as well as process and cost savings.
Industry Leadership in ESG Practices
Showcasing customers who use JAGGAER and/or JAGGAER technology partner's solutions to advance their ESG objectives, including Environmental impact goals, Social relationship goals with employees and customers and Governance requirements around internal controls and corporate accountability.
The awards were presented on stage by Troy Meyers, Chief Customer Officer at JAGGAER and Marie-Eve Regnault, Senior Director Global CSM at JAGGAER.
Speaking on stage, Troy said: âThese are not just wins, they are milestones and today we get to celebrate the people and organisations that are truly setting the standard for whatâs next.â

PPG: Expanded globally, increased volumes, cut cycle times, managed more spend, earned top stakeholder feedback.
Supply Chain in Resilience and Compliance Award
Henry Shepperd, Dubai Airports
Kimberly Huppe, Drager
Dubai Airports: Enhanced procurement planning, tracking and dynamic dashboards, which enhanced visibility and collaboration whilst significantly boosting budget utilisation and project completion rates.
Drager: Integrated supply chain processes with key suppliers and logistic providers, which created remarkable reliable and agile supply chain, delivering excellence in unpredictable times.
Excellence in AI Driven Procurement Award
Allysa Robinson, University of North Carolina Greensboro
Jahapa Kuhepa, Hitachi Rail
UNCG: Contracts AI, Assist AI Chat Bot and Adopt transformed procurement efficiency, improving user adoption, streamlining contract processes and delivering measurable cost savings.
Hitachi: Over 100 Adopt guides replaced traditional notifications with in-app reminders and effective instruction, improving user experience.
Source-to-Contract Achievement Award:
Kiaja Williams, State of Georgia
Randolph Rowe, GE Vernova
State of GA: Implemented the NextGen S2C project using multi-level Steering Committees across workstreams, fostering excellent communication, transparency and governance.
GE Vernova: Transformed complex sourcing operations by enhancing the platform to serve diverse needs whilst maintaining lean operational excellence.
Industry Leadership in ESG Practices
Wendi Nelson and Daniel Smith, Kohler Co.
Kohler: Focused on reducing environmental impact across the supply chain. By integrating sustainability considerations into the sourcing process, Kohler tracks and manages its value chain footprint.
