Co-founded by Larry Ellison in 1977, Oracle started out building databases for the CIA. Through steady acquisitions of software companies Oracle has grown into the software giant that it is today. Currently, Oracle provides software solutions to multiple industries such as automotive, communications, construction, engineering, education, healthcare, life science and the public sector.
