Lisa Flores, Director and City Chief Procurement Officer for the City of New York
Passionate about creating a positive impact and delivering value for the city and its residents through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships, Lisa Flores is the City Chief Procurement Officer for the City of New York.
Lisa is also Director of Contract Services at the Office of Mayor Eric Adams, where she oversees the procurement process and policy to ensure transparency, efficiency, and accountability for over US$40bn worth of contracts annually.
Lisa has more than 21 years of experience in the government sector, with a Master of Public Administration from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Spanish from Penn State University.
