Joshua Dubroff, with close to 20 years of procurement experience, holds a pivotal role as Chief Procurement Officer at the University System of New Hampshire. His expertise has been instrumental in revolutionising procurement practices, employing source-to-pay modules, restructuring teams, and driving cost efficiencies.

Having previously served at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and the University of California, Merced, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge in procurement, particularly within the education sector.

Joshua's academic background includes degrees from the University of Kassel in Germany and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
