JAGGAER REV2025: The Pros to Know in Procurement

JAGGAER, a leading provider of source-to-pay and supplier collaboration solutions, celebrated the 'Pros to Know' during day one of JAGGAER REV2025 at the Turnberry Resort in Miami.
Focused on procurement and supply chain management innovation, the global conference aims to help organisations digitally transform their source-to-pay lifecycle while building more resilient and integrated supplier relationships.
REV2025 positions itself as a convergence point for procurement and supply chain leaders seeking to implement cutting-edge technologies and strategies.
JAGGAER has already announced a revolutionary range of AI advancements added to its suite, pushing forward the 'revolution' theme of the event.
Recognising innovation leaders
JAGGAER also shone a light on those leaders who are paving the way for innovation within the space, from sourcing to supplier management. The work of 16 executives in particular was highlighted during an awards ceremony.
Andrew Roszko, CEO at JAGGAER, said: “It’s a real pleasure to be able to celebrate these procurement over-achievers in style at REV2025. The individuals selected stood out not only for their successes but also for their drive and thirst for transformative change.
“They raise the bar within the industry and we’re proud to continue to support them as they write the future of procurement.”
AI-powered success stories transform operations
Included within the awards were companies harnessing the power of JAGGAER AI in their procurement practices.
Allysa Robinson, Business Systems Analyst at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, demonstrated outstanding innovation in AI-driven procurement by successfully implementing Contracts AI, Assist AI Chat Bot and the Adopt Module within its procurement operations.
These AI-powered solutions have transformed procurement efficiency, improving user adoption, streamlining contract processes and delivering measurable cost savings.
Meanwhile, Ed Mills, Chief Procurement Officer at the University of Colorado, explained how the school has been harnessing the power of AI through JAGGAER's advanced procurement solutions to modernise and optimise its purchasing operations.
By integrating AI into its procurement workflows, the university is gaining predictive insights into spending patterns, identifying savings opportunities and creating efficient operations allowing them to do more with less.
There was also Clint Merritt, Executive Director at Texas A&M University, who led his team in a dedicated effort to enhance accounts payable automation by leveraging the full suite of tools provided by Jaggaer and its partner ecosystem.
The traditional requirement for a large staff of full-time employees conducting exhaustive audits has become obsolete. Instead, the team now employs workflow rules and software solutions, incorporating artificial intelligence tools, to optimise efficiency.
This strategic shift empowers staff to focus on applying critical thinking and addressing complex challenges, rather than performing repetitive file reviews. Through their unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction, Mr Merritt and his team have achieved significant cost savings and increased operational efficiency, delivering substantial value to the organisation.
