Through new innovative platforms and ongoing partnerships, FarEye is working to reduce logistics costs and improve efficiency across the last mile

The last mile is a crucial final step in logistics, being the part which customers can see.

For logistics companies, their last-mile capabilities could be the barrier to them gaining repeat customers – if their options are lacking or they result in delays, the delivery service may leave the customer looking elsewhere.

In a world of constantly emerging innovations, FarEye is working to redefine the industry.

A growing problem solver

FarEye is a last-mile technology partner, aimed at transforming the delivery experience for its customers. It works to ensure that every delivery gets to its destination on time, with accuracy, efficiency and sustainability embedded throughout the journey.

Its AI-powered platform helps its partners gain a competitive advantage, with real-time visibility and solutions which aim to simplify complexity.

Across the sector, last-mile is a critical, but complicated and costly part of the delivery journey. According to XPO, it accounts for up to 53% of total shipping costs for many businesses, and it is higher risk as errors are more noticeable to the customer.

As a result, businesses need to have optimised last-mile delivery options, using a trusted partner to gain a strategic advantage. For optimal last mile, customers look for greater visibility, more flexibility and more sustainability within the delivery process.

To help with this, FarEye was founded in 2013, aiming to make deliveries better for everyone throughout the value chain. As a platform, it aims to mobilise actionable real-time insights and simplify omnichannel, last-mile delivery. By using its technology, partners witness increased customer loyalty, as well as the creation of new revenue streams.

“The first rule in last mile is delivering a superior customer experience," says Kushal Nahata, CEO & Co-Founder of FarEye.

Global recognition

In February, FayEye was recognised on G2's 2026 Best Software List. The company was recognised for its market impact and its ability to automate entire logistics workflows. This covers territory planning, carrier allocation and route execution, without the need for human intervention.

FarEye ranked number one in the last mile delivery list, scoring a 4.8/5 rating. FarEye's architecture was recognised because its agents execute decisions, without the need for human interaction. AI initiatives, decides and resolves major issues, ensuring logistics can operate in a more streamlined way.

Throughout logistics, FarEye's platform helps with carrier allocation, route optimisation, invoice reconciliation and more working in a closed-loop system. This offers efficiency, speed and consistency which other solutions are unable to operate under.

The G2 ranking has taken place after 249 verified enterprise reviews, across retail, consumer goods, healthcare and industrial sectors. Results include:

  • 12.5% increase in Stops Per Hour
  • 40% reduction in delayed drivers
  • 86% reduction in planned-vs-actual route duration variance
  • 91%+ on-time delivery rates

Organisations are seeing measurable results by using FarEye's software, with more planning accuracy and less delays.

The dispatcher issue

The platform is working to bring its capabilities to some of the biggest supply chains in the world. In April, it launched PILOT – the first fully integrated agentic AI dispatcher which has been designed specifically for last-mile logistics.

PILOT includes 11 AI agents which it autonomously orchestrates across a last-mile workflow. This helps plan routes, recover failed deliveries and other challenges faced throughout the journey. PILOT has already reduced a dispatcher's 10-hour day to just 60 minutes.

By using PILOT, companies can significantly cut operational needs, which results in higher cost savings and greater time efficiency.

Through its innovative schemes, FarEye is working towards making the last-mile workflow more straightforward, more cost-effective and less risk-heavy.
