The foodservice supply chain firm ArrowStream has won a contract to supply its OnDemand software to CKE Restaurants Holdings, Inc., the restaurant operator behind the likes of Carl’s Jr, Hardee’s, and Green Burrito.

CKE will leverage OnDemand’s supply chain management capabilities, including Preemptive Audit, which enables CKE to proactively identify pricing issues across their network.

With Preemptive Audit, CKE can work with their distribution partners to correct discrepancies before they impact any restaurants and reduce the costs to all parties of after-the-fact price audits.

Actionable insights gained from OnDemand help CKE identify opportunities to improve supplier collaboration, contract management and category spend management.

“OnDemand makes us a better steward of our brands. It is simply the best and most intuitive supply chain software in the market, and saves us both time and money,” said John Dunion, Chief Supply Chain Officer, CKE.

“We have a complex supply chain which must meet the needs of multiple restaurant brands. OnDemand’s technology provides a centralized system to eliminate price discrepancies and importantly, streamline our communication internally and with our suppliers.”
