Kinexions 2025: AI-Driven Supply Chain Innovation

Kinaxis, a global leader in supply chain orchestration, is gearing up to launch new AI capabilities in its Maestro platform at Kinexions North America 2025, its annual innovation conference.
These AI-driven enhancements are aimed at helping businesses manage complex global supply chains more effectively, whether they are new to AI or already integrating automation into their operations.
AI agents for real-time SCM
The latest update to Maestro introduces AI agents designed to help businesses monitor, predict and respond to supply chain challenges in real time. These AI-driven tools automate critical processes such as inventory management and disruption mitigation, reducing manual effort and improving decision-making speed.
Kinaxis is also introducing an agentic AI framework that allows companies to develop custom AI agents within Maestro. This feature enables organisations at different AI adoption stages to integrate AI into their supply chain processes without requiring extensive technical expertise.
By making AI-driven supply chain orchestration more accessible, Kinaxis is broadening the reach of AI capabilities across industries.
“AI is transforming supply chains at a faster rate than any other technology has ever done before," explains Andrew Bell, Chief Product Officer at Kinaxis.
"By democratising access to critical supply chain intelligence, removing complexity and enabling increasingly autonomous operations, we are empowering organisations of all sizes and stages of maturity to unlock the real value of AI in their supply chains today.â
Generative and predictive AI enhancements
Another key addition to the platform is generative AI functionality, which simplifies access to supply chain data. Users will be able to interact with their digital twinâa virtual representation of their supply chainâthrough natural language queries in multiple languages.
This eliminates the need for specialised data skills, enabling supply chain professionals to analyse scenarios, assess risks and make informed decisions more efficiently.
Building on the success of Maestro Chat, which has already been adopted by two-thirds of Kinaxisâ user base, the new generative AI tools aim to further streamline supply chain management. Customisable dashboards and instant responses to complex queries will provide users with deeper insights, improving operational agility.
Kinaxis is also enhancing its predictive AI capabilities, making advanced forecasting more accessible.
Traditional AI-powered forecasting often requires extensive data sets, specialised knowledge and costly infrastructure, limiting its adoption. Kinaxis' updated machine learning-based sensing and forecasting tools will support a broader range of data inputs and simplify implementation, allowing businesses of all sizes to leverage predictive intelligence without the need for deep AI expertise.
These improvements reflect Kinaxisâ commitment to making AI-driven forecasting more effective and user-friendly. By lowering the barriers to adoption, the company is enabling organisations to anticipate supply chain disruptions, optimise inventory and enhance overall efficiency.
AI-powered supply chain innovation at Kinexions 2025
Taking place in Austin, Texas from 31 March to 2 April, Kinexions will give attendees exclusive access to demonstrations and hands-on sessions showcasing these new AI capabilities.
Industry leaders and Kinaxis customers will be the first to experience how these tools can transform supply chain operations.
“Kinexions is the supply chain innovation event of the year and we’re so excited to showcase the latest supply chain AI capabilities there in 2025," adds Andrew. "We’re staying ahead of what our customers need to remain competitive today and in the future."
