Encompass is to manage logistics and sourcing for De’Longhi spare parts across North America, improving supply chain resilience and procurement efficiency

De’Longhi has selected Encompass as its authorised reseller and main supply chain manager for spare parts in North America.

The move means Encompass will now handle warehousing, distribution, procurement, returns and warranty services for De’Longhi’s appliance parts.

The decision centralises sourcing and procurement operations, removing the need for De’Longhi and its partners to manage multiple suppliers. By consolidating with a single distributor, De’Longhi simplifies sourcing for self-servicing dealers, authorised service providers and retail partners.

This approach reduces contract and vendor management requirements, improves communication and enhances the flow of logistics.

Centralised supply chain management enables a clearer view of inventory and more consistent performance across the region. Having one point of responsibility for logistics makes it easier to track issues, manage compliance and meet warranty terms.

Partners across De’Longhi’s wider network will benefit from a streamlined sourcing process. With all genuine parts now sourced through Encompass, service providers can respond to customer needs more efficiently.

Simplified ordering lowers administrative burden and transaction costs while improving inventory visibility for better procurement planning.

Massimo Paludet, Director of De’Longhi Group, explains:  “We are excited to extend our partnership with Encompass. As Encompass takes the lead in reselling our spare parts and accessories in North America, we anticipate significant improvements in our logistics set-up.

“This will enhance product availability and distribution, driving sales growth for both companies and delivering superior value to our customers.”

Enhancing resilience through logistics and sourcing control

With Encompass managing warehousing and fulfilment, the partnership aims to increase inventory control and minimise fragmentation across the supply chain.

This tighter management of logistics promises quicker response times and reduces disruption risk for parts delivery across North America.

Encompass’ extended network helps De’Longhi access more reliable logistics operations, particularly in managing fluctuations in demand.

From sourcing to delivery, Encompass oversees the full chain, helping De’Longhi maintain spare parts availability and reduce equipment downtime.

This resilience is also supported by Encompass’ capacity to manage warranty claims and direct-to-consumer fulfilment, aligning sourcing with end-user needs and supporting timely repairs.

With procurement centralised under one authorised distributor, De’Longhi limits the risk of unauthorised or incompatible parts entering the market.

Robert Coolidge, CEO and President of Encompass

Robert Coolidge, CEO and President of Encompass, says: “De’Longhi is a manufacturer of popular, world-class home appliances and Encompass is proud to be the distributor of choice to help the company’s dedicated customers access the parts they need to extend the lifecycle of their favourite De’Longhi equipment.

“This partnership enables De’Longhi to focus on the business of their business – manufacturing world-renowned home appliances – while leveraging our industry-leading supply chain network to distribute critical replacement parts.”

De’Longhi can now prioritise manufacturing and innovation while delegating the aftermarket supply chain to a logistics partner with full sourcing capabilities and visibility across the region.

Procurement aligned with ESG and product lifecycle goals

The new model supports broader procurement and ESG strategies by extending the lifespan of De’Longhi products.

With consistent access to genuine spare parts, service providers can carry out repairs that delay the need for replacements, supporting a circular approach to product lifecycle management.

Centralised sourcing through Encompass means procurement teams have better tools to track and measure ESG performance.

Waste reduction, part reuse and reduced emissions from unnecessary manufacturing or distribution can now be monitored more closely. The transparency gained through a single supply chain partner enables more accurate reporting and demonstrates compliance with sustainability goals.

Repair-focused logistics also supports resource efficiency by minimising the environmental impact of producing and shipping new products.

Procurement teams working with Encompass can source parts aligned with quality, safety and environmental standards, reinforcing accountability throughout the supply chain.

Ultimately, the collaboration reflects how supply chain decisions directly impact operational sustainability and procurement performance.

Streamlining logistics and sourcing with a dedicated partner allows De’Longhi to manage risks, improve service levels and meet ESG targets through a more responsive and connected supply chain model.
