Kim Faulkner has been appointed CSCO at Tate & Lyle
Kim Faulkner has joined Tate & Lyle from Colgate-Palmolive, the US multinational consumer goods giant, where she worked for more than 25 years

Tate & Lyle, a leading global provider of ingredients for healthier food and beverages, has confirmed the appointment of Kim Faulkner as its new Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective 25 August. 

In becoming CSCO, she is also set to join Tate & Lyle’s Executive Committee.

Kim joins Tate & Lyle from Colgate-Palmolive, the US multinational consumer goods giant, where she worked for more than 25 years in a number of senior roles across the company’s global supply chain.

Most recently, she served as Colgate’s Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.

Leadership reshuffle

Kim steps into a role previously occupied by Melissa Law, who is set to become Tate & Lyle’s Chief Commercial and Transformation Officer. 

Melissa Law has a new role at Tate & Lyle

Melissa, who joined Tate & Lyle back in 2017, has been leading the organisation’s highly-successful productivity programme for the last seven years.

Prior to joining Tate & Lyle, she worked for energy tech behemoth Baker Hughes in various operational and commercial roles.

"Melissa has built an impressive and proven track record of success throughout her career,” adds Nick.

“We are excited she is taking on this key role as we look to accelerate growth across our newly enlarged business.”

 Melissa’s appointment will also be effective from 25 August.
