Nijmegen: A strategic location

Covering 4,000 square metres, XPO Logistics' Nijmegen site provides a full range of transport and warehousing services, including storage of palletised goods, cross-docking, kitting (the process of assembling related products before shipping) and re-labelling.

The facility is strategically located near the A73 motorway, offering direct access to the A50. This positioning ensures swift connections between northern and southern Europe, as well as to Germany and neighbouring countries.

Additionally, the site benefits from proximity to Nijmegen Harbour, facilitating efficient links to Rotterdam, one of Europe’s largest ports.

Sustainability is a core focus for the new hub, which is equipped with solar panels to support XPO’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint. The facility will employ 50 staff members, strengthening local job opportunities while enhancing logistics efficiency across the region.

Expanding customer support

XPO Logistics continues to tailor its services to meet the needs of industrial and consumer sectors across Europe. Its transport and warehousing solutions include full-truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) services, pallet distribution, last-mile delivery and global freight forwarding.
