A supply chain revolution

The Awards’ mission is to comprehensively analyse and evaluate the industry’s top companies, and this year it attracted thousands of nominations from over 15 different countries globally.

Bryan Vaughn, the Managing Director of SupplyTech Breakthrough Awards explains why BlueCargo was awarded: “BlueCargo's VOC service is a game-changer.”

“It transforms auditing, offering unprecedented speed and accuracy. Complexity and opacity often plague the supply chain. In today's disruption-prone world, robust visibility solutions are crucial, particularly with changing ever-evolving fee structures,” he continues.

“BlueCargo not only meets this need but exceeds it. They empower businesses to navigate complexities with confidence.

“The VOC service isn't just a solution; it's a revolution, and their innovation, efficiency, and commitment to excellence make them the undeniable choice for ‘SCV Solution Provider of the Year,” Bryan concludes.

BlueCargo specialises in auditing freight invoices

Complete control

BlueCargo specialises in auditing freight invoices and identifying discrepancies in containers’ late fee bills and is a trusted solution for 10% of the top 100 US shippers.

BlueCargo’s VOC, Validating Operational Charges system audits and validates the accessorial fees associated with container moves to and from ports.

Beyond identifying discrepancies, VOC integrates validation with mitigation by pulling records and proofs, granting users complete control.

The platform provides UIAA-compliant evidence to support potential savings and assists users in starting disputes with logistics partners.

Users can also audit detention and demurrage invoices to comply with OSRA and UIIA regulations, ultimately saving time, minimising errors and enabling confident decision-making.

The BlueCargo System of Record also offers comprehensive visibility, with insights into a container’s condition and any events which may affect its journey.

Further features include automatic real-time fee mitigation evidence, and Audit Automation which allows BlueCargo to audit drayage, freight, and accessorial charges automatically.

"Dedication to innovation"

Alexandra Griffon, the CEO of BlueCargo, says “Our mission remains to assist shippers and logistics companies in moving equipment more efficiently and cost-effectively through port terminals.

“We will continue our relentless pursuit of supply chain efficiency and transparency by rising to the challenge of delivering innovative solutions.

“Our dedication to this innovation isn't limited to services; it's our company ethos.”
