Luciano has progressed through the supply chain ranks at Colgate-Palmolive over the course of more than 30 years.
His roles have allowed him to work around the world, including in Brazil, Argentina, South Africa and Switzerland. Now based in New York, he has been CSCO since 2022.
These days, he oversees Colgate-Palmolive's global supply chain, which includes manufacturing, sourcing and procurement. His experience in previous roles has provided him with great insight into how best to bring the teams together in order to strengthen the supply chain.

Kevin has worked at Dell Technologies for 27 years, holding the position of EVP and CSCO since 2013.
Prior to this position, he worked across manufacturing operations, procurement and fulfilment and supply chain strategy, making him well positioned to look after the supply chain department on a global scale.
Throughout his career, Kevin has focused on building partnerships to increase efficiency, savings and effectiveness, as well as transformative and strategic innovations.

Ricardo has been the CSCO of AB InBev since 2024, having worked at the company for more than 12 years.
His previous roles have taken him to Mexico, Colombia and Johannesburg, before settling in New York.
Ricardo boasts significant skills across sales, marketing, logistics, procurement and finance, and has a demonstrated track record of working across the consumer goods industry.
6. Elizabeth Door

Elizabeth has overseen Ford's vast supply chain as CSCO since 2023.
In her role, Liz is responsible for Ford Global Purchasing and Supply Chain Operations, overseeing an annual purchase value of more than US$90bn. She also looks after Ford's relationships with no fewer than 20,000 suppliers, ensuring efficiency and organisation across the supply chain.
Liz is focused on rebuilding and renewing the Ford supply chain, considering both present and future priorities.
5. Luc Reynaert

Luc was installed as Chief Supply Chain Officer at Procter & Gamble in 2023.
Over the course of more than 35 years at P&G, he has been based in locations including Belgium, Switzerland and Ohio, US.
As CSCO, Luc leads the global product supply organisation, overseeing engineering, manufacturing and programme management. He is responsible for 65,000 workers, 110 manufacturing plants and 200 distribution centres around the world.

2. Karen Jordan

Karen serves as SVP and CSCO in North America for PepsiCoâs Beverage business.
She leads the supply chain function, overseeing billion dollar brands which include Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Rockstar. She has worked at PepsiCo for more than 20 years, working throughout the supply chain leadership chain.
Karen focuses on collaboratively driving benchmark productivity in FMCG environments. She is known for her innovative employee engagement solutions which encourage engagement and longevity within the company.

Revenue: US$51.4bn
Venkatesh has been Chief Supply Chain Officer at Nike since 2020 and boasts more than 15 years of experience with the sportswear giant.
He is responsible for delivering a responsive, resilient and responsible operating model, and relishes transforming the end-to-end supply chain, from raw materials and sourcing to distribution and order fulfilment.
Having taken on various management roles at Nike, Venkatesh has led teams around the world. He oversees the organisation's global supply chain network, as well as speed-to-market business models.
Venkatesh has an MBA from Duke University, a Masterâs degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical Engineering from Birla Institute in India.
