EY and Kinaxis form alliance to embrace digitisation of supply chain industry
One of the world’s leading advisory companies has joined forces with a global supply chain digitisation leader to drive supply chain reinvention for the digital age.
Ernst &Young LLP and Kinaxis Inc announced in a statement this week that the two companies have formed an alliance aimed at modernising clients’ end-to-end supply chain capabilities and drive broader digital transformation.
Through this partnership alliance, the two companies will work to help and support clients as they embark on digital transformations of their supply chains and realise supply chain efficiencies through the adoption of a concurrent planning approach.
The Concurrent Planning approach is a process created by Kinross that strives to create a seamless supply chain process, connecting data, processes and people together to enable greater real-time decisions and align teams around common goals.
“The complexity and continuing evolution of supply chain planning require experienced change management, process re-engineering, data integration and implementation capabilities,” said Paul Carreiro, Chief Revenue Officer, Kinaxis. “The integrated and collaborative EY approach to serving their clients aligns with our philosophy and our capabilities to help achieve a consolidated view of the entire supply chain so that clients can plan expected performance, monitor progress and respond to disconnects. Combined this creates a strong foundation for our alliance, and we look forward to working with EY as we help customers move through their digital supply chain journey.”
