As supply chains continue to be defined by digital technologies, the technology developers of the world are bringing new products to market faster than ever before.

One of the world’s leading supply chain software developers, BluJay Solutions, has announced the release of its Global Trade Network version 19.0.0. Through this latest update BluJay works with some of the world’s most progressive retailers to provide expanded multimodal capabilities, new integrations and exposure to new countries in order to efficiently manage trade and the movement of goods around the world.

Through a cloud-based platform, BluJay has created an ecosystem of supply chain applications.  “Supply chains are becoming more global and more mobile. We continually enhance the BluJay solution suite not only to help customers easily adapt to the complexities of global trade, but also to bring logistics closer to people. The latest BluJay GTN release also extends capabilities for an increasingly mobile workforce, delivering benefits such as greater visibility across the supply chain, particularly in last-mile delivery,” said Doug Surrett, Chief Product Strategist at BluJay Solutions.

Amongst the new features within the latest update, BluJay’s GTN offers a Control Tower. A core component of the GTN, the Control Tower provides transparency and synchronisation across an organisation’s supply chain and supports workflow between partners. It also includes improvements to the dashboard, which starts with an at-a-glance graphical view of all statuses for a simple visual of key performance indicators, with the ability to drill down into further details.
