Women in Procurement & Supply Chain: P&SC LIVE Singapore
While there is work still to be done in the supply chain and procurement industry when it comes to diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), the industry is seeing a noticeable rise in the representation of women. According to Gartner, women now make up a total of 41% of the supply chain workforce.
“It’s particularly encouraging to see women make gains at the senior executive level, as we know that when a woman holds the top supply chain position this has a positive correlation with more women in leadership and in all roles through that organisation,” said Caroline Chumakov, Director Analyst in the Gartner Supply Chain Practice.
As advocates for diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE champions not only women but equal representation for all, discover our lineup of leading female speakers providing their insights, thought leadership and more at Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE Singapore.
