Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability is set to make its mark at the QEII Centre in London on 5 and 6 March 2025.

This hybrid event is dedicated to exploring the dynamic relationship between supply chain management and sustainability over a packed two-day schedule.

Participants at the event will have the opportunity to delve into several pressing issues within our industry through innovative keynote presentations and insightful panel discussions.

Michael Ford, Principal, HSE & Sustainability at Avetta

Michael Ford brings over three decades of experience in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management) to his role as Principal of HSE and Sustainability at Avetta.

His career has spanned multiple projects across utilities, mass transit and major infrastructure, where he has taken on pivotal roles in ensuring project compliance and supervising both direct and indirect supply chains.

Internationally recognised as a subject matter expert through his work with the Campbell Institute at the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management, Michael contributes by reviewing annual safety award submissions.

His extensive background includes spearheading global supply chain risk assessment programmes and implementing global pre-qualification processes.

His educational achievements, notably postgraduate degrees in Occupational Health and Safety Management and Procurement and Supply Chain Management, further underline his expertise.

At PSC LIVE: Sustainability, Michael will feature on the Sustainable Supply Chains panel alongside Maureen O’Shea, Supply Chain and Sustainability Partner at Baringa, Kim Hurst, Global Lead of Supply Chain Sustainability at Vodafone, Paul Williams, Director of Supply Chain Sustainability at Deutsche Bank and Caroline Grey, Co-Founder and CRO of treefera.
