Melissa Warneke, Vice President and Head of Sustainable Procurement at Aon
Melissa Warneke, Vice President and Head of Sustainable Procurement at Aon, offers extensive expertise in ESG, supply chain management and procurement. During her 12-year tenure at Aon, Melissa has spearheaded efforts to integrate sustainability, diversity and risk governance throughout the company's global supply chain, spanning 120 countries.
Currently, Melissa is focused on realising Aon's commitment to net zero by 2030. Her strategy includes enhancing supplier diversity utilisation, promoting economic inclusion initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In addition to her specialisations in organisational transformation and operations improvements, Melissa serves on the Board of the Lubeznik Center for the Arts. As Chair of the Fundraising Committee, she advocates for making art thought-provoking and accessible to all.
