Chris Minter, Global Sustainable Supply Chain Lead at Zurich Insurance Group
Chris Minter, the Global Sustainable Supply Chain Lead, is responsible for developing and executing strategies to manage ESG risk in the supply chain at Zurich Insurance Group.
In this role, he supports the group’s sustainability ambitions and commitments with his 15 years of experience in procurement and financial services.
At Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability, Chris will take part in a fireside chat dedicated to ‘Sustainable Sourcing in Insurance’.
Chris Mattock, Sustainability & Supply Chain Partner at Mace
With extensive experience in delivering sustainable infrastructure, Chris Mattock specialises in providing commercial management and procurement services to the construction sector across both the UK and internationally.
During Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability, Chris will take part in ‘The Carbon Reduction Panel’, where he will explore carbon reduction strategies in supply chains for measuring, managing and minimising emissions. Alongside his fellow panellists, Chris will share insights on sustainable sourcing, carbon accounting and the role of technology in advancing decarbonisation.
Maureen O'Shea, Director of Procurement at Baringa
With 20 years of experience in supply chain leadership at local, regional and global levels, Maureen O'Shea is a specialist in supply chain sustainability consultancy.
Having built out a sustainable supply chain team for one of the Big Four consulting firms, Maureen moved to Baringa due to its deeper climate change mastery and people focus.
During her career, Maureen has also managed the supply relationship function of a US$100m spend pool, built core competencies and processes, negotiated multi-year and multi-regional supply contracts and catalysed improvements in global supply chains.
Maureen believes in business-led and technology-enabled transformations, with people as the critical success factor for meaningful change.
Maureen will be taking part in the ‘Supply Chain Sustainability’ panel at Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE: Sustainability, where she will explore the complexities of supply chain emissions, as well as the strategies and best practices for integrating environmental responsibility into every aspect of the supply chain to drive a greener future.
