Who is Felipe Costa ?

As head of procurement at Endeavour Foundation, Felipe Costa is responsible for driving efficiencies and value from expenditure on both procurement and fleet services, as well as for managing partnerships with external providers.

Costa is a transformation and commercial Leader with 15 years’ experience developing and implementing strategies and projects for organisations. He also runs corporate functions designed to maximise value to customers and performance. 

“My background includes over 10 years in delivering transformational projects and more than five in leading corporate and commercial functions,” he says.

Who is Endeavour Foundation?

Endeavour Foundation is an independent organisation founded 70 years ago by families who wanted equal access to education for children with an intellectual disability.

Today, it says, it focuses “on ability, dreams, goals and potential”. 

It adds: “Whether it’s learning life skills, living independently, socialising and making new friends, finding a job or exploring new interests and trying new things, we collaborate with the people we support to make their dreams a reality.”

Endeavour adds that it is at the heart of local communities, “offering choice, opportunities and personalised support in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.”
