Daniyar Zhantilessov, Head of Procurement at Exness

An expert in the field of procurement, Daniyar has more than 14 years of experience in diverse roles at the likes of Philip Morris, Huawei Technologies, HomeCredit Bank, Telia and RETN. 

Currently, he serves as Head of Procurement at Exness, one of the largest providers of professional liquidity solutions in the retail market. 

Joining the company in 2020, Daniyar built the procurement processes within the company from scratch, delivering exceptional results by enhancing procurement productivity, devising effective sourcing strategies and implementing best-in-class procurement processes.

Daniyar holds a degree in Finance from Almaty Management University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply Chain Management (CIPS). 

💬  At Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE London, Daniyar will take part in the Digital Procurement Strategies panel. He will explore how digital transformation is redefining procurement enabling greater efficiency, transparency and strategic value.

Daniyar and his fellow panellists will share insights on leveraging digital tools and technologies to optimise procurement processes.

Dénes Bozsó, Head of Order Fulfillment Planning Europe and North America at Nokia

With 15 years of experience in strategy and planning, Dénes specialises in logistics services procurement and operations as well as supply chain order planning management.

Dénes holds a BSC degree in Transportation Engineering specialising in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and he is an MBA candidate at Central European University. 

Dénes also teaches Logistics Management at an online business school. 

💬  At Procurement & Supply Chain LIVE London, Dénes will take part in the Net Zero Supply Chains panel. During the panel, Dénes will discuss the strategies, challenges and innovations driving decarbonisation across global supply networks.

Dénes and his fellow panellists will explore topics such as Scope 3 emissions, green procurement practices and the role of technology in enabling transparency and accountability.

Nina Bomberg, Director of Global Indirect Procurement at dormakaba

Nina has an extensive background in indirect purchasing across several multinational corporations in FMCG, chemicals, automotive and access systems. 

Currently serving as the Global Director of Indirect Purchasing at dormakaba, Nina harnesses her almost-20 years of experience to lead her team across all continents, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness of procurement operations.

At the forefront of her agenda is to establish a more streamlined procurement organisation, navigating the delicate balance between decentralised structures and global synergies.

In addition to her corporate responsibilities, Nina recently achieved certification as a personal and business coach through the European Coaching Association. This further enhances her ability to drive performance and facilitate growth within her organisation and beyond. 

Nina is deeply committed to knowledge sharing and professional development. Serving as a board member for her university's alumni association, she actively contributes to the advancement of future business leaders. Furthermore, she holds a committee position in the German branch of CIPS
