Exclusive video: Aon's Warneke on supply chain risk
Navigating the complexity of today’s supply chain requires data and insight along with clear goals. Warneke, who is VP, Head of Sustainable Procurement, discussed the challenges and opportunities for supply chain and procurement professionals in today’s uncertain world.
She told her virtual audience: “Procurement is at the forefront of leading a lot of key initiatives, and organisational change is a really interesting place to find ourselves.
“We think about how we're juggling public commitments in a new regulatory landscape. How are we going to manage that across 120 countries? How are we going to ensure we're complying and we're getting the right data and information?
“It's about bringing these things together to better understand what we should be doing as a procurement organisation.”
