Vitold Horodecki, Chief Procurement Officer (Americas) at Capgemini
Vitold Horodecki is the Capgemini Americas Chief Procurement Officer, responsible for all categories, including IT and telecommunications, external resources, training, professional services, travel and meetings.
Previously, Vitold was Capgemini's Travel Director, hosted within the Global Procurement organisation.
Before joining Capgemini, Vitold held various leading roles at HP, including the management of the worldwide hotel and card programmes. In 1999, he joined HP in Belgium, working for the finance department after his national service at the French Embassy in Rome.
Vitold has a true passion for innovation and for sustainable growth topics.
He holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics, with a Major in Banking and Finance, and a Master's degree in Economics Modelilng.
During the event, Vitold will be taking part in a joint fireside chat with Dinand Tinholt, Vice President of North America Insights & Data at Capgemini.
Caldwell Hart, Principal of Procurement Supply Chain Management at Avetta
Caldwell Hart is an experienced supply chain and procurement executive, having held senior roles including Chief Procurement Officer and Head of Supply Chain.
He has served companies of various sizes, including Fortune 500s and a large private WBE. His career spans multiple industry sectors, including aerospace, commercial, pharmaceuticals, industrial equipment, semiconductor and distribution.
Caldwell is experienced in S&IOP, sourcing and category management (indirect/direct), operational purchasing, risk management, supplier performance, supplier quality and compliance, among others.
Caldwell’s core focus includes sustainable procurement and ESG strategies, supply chain management and procurement optimisation, risk management and the application of enabling technology to drive impactful improvements.
Caldwell holds an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business at UVA and earned his BA from Washington & Lee University.
During the event, Caldwell will be taking part in the Digital Procurement Strategies panel. He will discuss cutting-edge digital procurement strategies, including AI-driven decision-making, automation and data analytics, to streamline processes and enhance supplier relationships.
Kathy Presto, Chief Procurement Officer at HH Global
Kathy is the Chief Procurement Officer of HH Global and a member of the Group Management Board. She is responsible for defining and implementing the overall strategic sourcing and category management strategies globally.
Kathy is a skilled senior executive with over 30 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. She leads the strategic sourcing group to significantly increase value through client discovery and the development of supplier capabilities across the broad range of HH Global’s operational, service and delivery channels.
Additionally, she oversees supplier governance, including the establishment and expansion of a diverse and sustainable supply chain, supply chain risk mitigation as well as client and supplier business and sourcing analytics, management information and business intelligence dashboard reporting.
Kathy also guides the ESG and Sustainability initiatives to shape a more sustainable and responsible future for generations to come.
During the event, Kathy will take part in the Women in Procurement breakfast briefing. Alongside the panelists, she will discuss the role of women in procurement and supply chain management, sharing experiences, challenges and successes in navigating these male-dominated fields.
