Ninian Wilson wins Lifetime Achievement at the Global Procurement & Supply Chain Awards 2024

Ninian Wilson, Global Supply Chain Director & CEO of Vodafone Procurement, has won the Lifetime Achievement Award at The Global Procurement & Supply Chain Awards 

"[The Lifetime Achievement] is an amazing award. Not really for me, but actually for all of my team that I work with at Vodafone and all the previous people I've learned from in my time at British Gas and my time at Royal Mail and Cable Wireless. So it's for all of those individuals, not necessarily just for me," Ninian Wilson, CEO of Vodafone Procurement.

An influential leader in procurement and supply chain, Ninian Wilson is the CEO of Vodafone Procurement and Group Procurement Director. Ninian has been with the telecommunications company for over a decade as an integral driver of strategic procurement and sustainable business practices. 

In his role as CEO and Group Procurement Director, Ninian leads the supply chain organisation and  is responsible for all technology procurement, all indirect spend, supporting all 26 Vodafone Operating companies, and sits on the Board of Vodafone Procurement Co. 

Over the years, Ninan has been pivotal in reshaping Vodafone’s procurement strategy, improving the company’s supplier relationships, supply chain efficiency, and profitability. Ninian is also an advocate for sustainable procurement implementing stringent sustainable sourcing practices, and has been at the forefront of incorporating digital technologies into the company’s procurement processes.
