Mark Gilham started his career at major financial institutions Barclays Bank and Royal Bank of Canada, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

Mark Gilham started his career at major financial institutions Barclays Bank and Royal Bank of Canada, where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

From there he progressed to senior finance roles in the construction industry, latterly with Grafton Group where he witnessed first-hand the strategic value of rebates over the course of nearly a decade. 

Becoming an expert in the world of rebates has led him to being quoted by Harvard Business Review.

In his current position as VP, Rebate Advisory at Enable, he takes responsibility for helping businesses use rebates as a strategy to drive growth and trust between trading partners.

Todd Pate, Partner at Profit Drivers

Todd Pate, a Partner at Profit Drivers, boasts more than 25 years of expertise in the pricing space as an industry practitioner, strategy consultant and software expert.

He's previously held roles at Dell, Trane and Motorola, boosting his strategy consulting experience at Deloitte and KPMG.

Todd has also led pricing software initiatives at PROS and Zilliant. His innovative pricing strategies have driven tangible results across technology, manufacturing and services sectors.
