Mario Rivera, Revlon's new Chief Operations Officer
Supply Chain Digital takes a look at the latest executive moves from February, including Revlon's new Chief Operations Officer Mario Rivera

Revlon has appointed Mario Rivera as Chief Operations Officer (COO) in a push to modernise the beauty giant's global supply chain operations.

Mario assumed the role on February 16, 2026, joining from CVS Health, where he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain & Logistics Officer. The appointment marks a reunion between Mario and Revlon CEO Michelle Peluso, with whom he previously collaborated at CVS.

"I'm excited to join Revlon at such an exciting moment," he says. "The supply chain is the backbone of the business, delivering breakthrough innovation, improving product availability and elevating the customer experience.”

He now carries a clear mandate: execute an end-to-end supply chain transformation that steers Revlon away from the operational vulnerabilities that contributed to its 2022 bankruptcy filing. His remit spans global procurement, manufacturing, distribution and customer logistics.

Mario brings a technology-forward approach to the role. At CVS, he earned recognition for overhauling large-scale logistics networks through data-driven operating systems, robotics and automation – capabilities Revlon intends to deploy to sharpen product availability and service levels across flagship brands including Elizabeth Arden and Almay.

Holding a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Cambridge and drawing on more than 25 years of international experience across the US, Mexico and Europe, Mario steps in as the architect of a more agile, omnichannel-ready Revlon.
