People Moves: Razat Gaurav CEO at Kinaxis
Kinaxis has announced the appointment of Razat Gaurav as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 12, 2026. He will also join the company’s Board of Directors, succeeding interim CEO Bob Courteau, who will transition back to his role as non-executive Board Chair.
Razat is a highly regarded veteran in the supply chain industry, bringing more than 25 years of experience to the role. He most recently served as the CEO of Planview, where he oversaw a significant transformation of the company’s AI capabilities and successfully doubled its revenue.
His previous leadership experience includes serving as CEO of LLamasoft and holding senior executive positions at Blue Yonder and i2 Technologies. He also serves on the board of SPS Commerce.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time for Kinaxis as it seeks to expand its leadership in AI-infused supply chain orchestration. The Board highlighted his track record of scaling global organisations and his passion for fostering high-performing cultures as key factors in his selection.
"I'm excited to join the Kinaxis team and return to my roots in supply chain,” Razat says. “Kinaxis is uniquely positioned to redefine the future of intelligent supply chains. Building on its rich legacy of concurrent planning, I will champion the next generation of AI-driven decision making and supply chain orchestration, using the Maestro platform.
“I appreciate the Board's confidence and pledge to lead the company in setting new standards for innovation, building lasting partnerships and creating value for employees, customers and shareholders."
Under his leadership, Kinaxis aims to further leverage its Maestro platform to help global brands navigate modern volatility through increased agility and predictability.
