People Moves: nVent Electric's Mellinda Devese

nVent Electric has appointed Mellinda Devese as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, effective March 16, 2026, as the global electrical connection and protection solutions leader accelerates its supply chain transformation.
She joins from GE HealthCare, where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Integrated Supply Chain for the company's US$10bn Imaging segment. Prior to that, she held several integrated supply chain leadership roles across GE, as well as operational positions at Whirlpool and Eaton – bringing a wealth of large-scale manufacturing and logistics expertise to her new role.
Reporting directly to nVent Chair and CEO Beth Wozniak, Mellinda will lead the company's global, end-to-end integrated supply chain, encompassing manufacturing operations, procurement, inventory management, distribution, global planning and logistics, lean practices and safety. She will be based at nVent's headquarters in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
“Mellinda is an experienced supply chain leader with a demonstrated track record of driving results, ensuring operational efficiencies and cost effectiveness while improving customer experience,” said Beth.
“She will help us advance our growth strategy and continue our transformation to a higher-growth global electrical company.”
With nVent's solutions sitting at the intersection of electrification, data centre expansion and critical infrastructure demand, Mellinda’s mandate centres on delivering best-in-class end-to-end operational performance while strengthening employee, customer and supplier experiences.
