Trane Technologies has announced the appointment of Gary Guo as its new Chief Integrated Supply Chain Officer, reinforcing the company’s focus on operational excellence and resilient global supply chains.
Gary will join the executive leadership team and report directly to Chair and CEO Dave Regnery.
A highly-accomplished leader
In his new role, Gary will oversee Trane Technologies’ global integrated supply chain, spanning manufacturing, procurement, logistics, environmental health and safety, advanced manufacturing technology and operational excellence.
The appointment signals continued emphasis on lean execution, digital advancement and end-to-end visibility across a complex, global operating footprint.

Experience with global giants
Gary joins Trane Technologies from The Coca-Cola Company, where he served as President of Global Supply Chain, leading worldwide supply chain strategies across a network of more than 200 bottling partners and 900 manufacturing sites.
His experience managing large-scale manufacturing and logistics ecosystems is expected to support Trane Technologies as it continues to strengthen execution across its global supply chain.
Before joining Coca-Cola, Gary held global supply chain and operations leadership roles at 3M, Amazon and Alibaba, bringing a blend of industrial, technology and digitally enabled supply chain expertise.
He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from East China University of Science and Technology and holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, supporting a data-driven approach to operational improvement and continuous transformation.
Gary succeeds Ray Pittard, who retired from Trane Technologies in June after 36 years of service.
