People Moves: Freshpet's Ana Lopez
Freshpet has appointed Ana Lopez as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain, effective February 2, 2026 – bringing in a heavyweight operations leader as the fast-growing pet food company continues to scale its manufacturing and distribution capabilities.
Ana joins from Unilever, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President of North America Foods Supply Chain, leading end-to-end supply chain operations across a multi-billion-dollar portfolio. Before that, she built an impressive track record at Johnson & Johnson, holding senior supply chain leadership roles spanning medical devices, pharmaceuticals and consumer health – experience that speaks directly to Freshpet's position within food and health.
Reporting to Chief Operating Officer Nicki Baty, Ana takes charge of Freshpet's supply chain operations at a pivotal moment in the company's growth trajectory.
