What ketteQ's Series B Funding Means for AI-Powered Planning

ketteQ has successfully raised US$20m in Series B funding, with investment led by Atlanta-based growth equity firm Vocap Partners.
The fresh funding is aimed at fast-tracking ketteQ’s expansion plans and bolstering delivery capabilities as it responds to international demand for quicker, adaptive supply chain planning solutions.
CEO Mike Landry says the investment provides the company an ability to scale as global supply chains shift.
“The world's supply chains are being redefined, and ketteQ was purpose-built for this exact moment,” continues Mike.
“We've shown what works: AI that acts, planning that adapts and value delivered in months, not years. Our investors see it too, and this round allows us to stay focused, move faster and scale what's working.”
Built for adaptive AI and cloud integration
ketteQ is billed as an alternative to legacy supply chain systems, which often rely on older infrastructures with AI added in layers.
Its approach is cloud-native and designed specifically for complex, fast-changing environments, with direct integration into CRM platform Salesforce.
Central to ketteQ is PolymatiQ, described as an “agentic AI solver engine". Agentic AI refers to AI designed to act independently within a system, rather than simply providing passive recommendations.
PolymatiQ supports adaptive planning across demand, inventory, production, material and service.
Rather than responding to issues after they emerge, ketteQ enables companies to anticipate and plan for disruptions before they happen. A shift from reactive to proactive planning supports wider business outcomes including revenue growth, improved customer service and greater operational continuity.
The software-as-a-service platform also integrates Agentforce, which incorporates Salesforce-native agents into ketteQ’s cloud solution suite. The result is automated workflows that can act across multiple planning scenarios and departments.
Modular system architecture supports intelligent automation from the start, removing the need for custom patchwork solutions. With full Salesforce compatibility, ketteQ ensures rapid deployment across supply chains already using Salesforce infrastructure.
Scaling at pace
Major global brands already using ketteQ include Coca-Cola, Carrier, Johnson Controls, NCR Voyix and Alliance Consumer Group. Each relies on the platform to replace manual planning methods with AI-led orchestration.
The company reports consistent business performance, pointing to:
- 170% average annual contracted annual recurring revenue (CARR) growth
- 134% net revenue retention
- 100% success rate in customer implementations
- Full platform deployments delivered in a matter of months
These metrics show the model is both scalable and replicable, especially in global contexts where fast implementation and measurable ROI are key.
The US$20m in funding will support growth across five main areas:
- Global implementation capacity: Scaling internal delivery teams and partner onboarding to reduce go-live times
- Customer success: Increasing expert services to boost client adoption and platform effectiveness
- AI and autonomy innovation: Continuing the development of PolymatiQ™ to enable advanced planning use cases
- Partner ecosystem growth: Expanding certification and collaboration with consulting partners worldwide
- Agentforce solutions: Embedding intelligent Salesforce agents and workflow automation deeper into the planning environment
Global demand for modern planning
Mike Becker, Managing Partner at Vocap Partners, points to the broader supply chain transformation that is under way.
“Every supply chain in the world is under pressure to modernise, and adaptive, AI-enabled planning is now mission critical, not optional,” says Mike.
"In a market urgently searching for modern solutions, ketteQ isn't catching up – it's leading. That's why we're proud to continue backing the team in this next phase of global growth.”
With its foundation in cloud-native architecture and intelligent automation, ketteQ has positioned itself not as a supplement to existing systems, but as a core solution purpose-built for complexity.
By combining advanced AI with Salesforce integration, the company aims to offer a faster, smarter and more reliable method of managing supply chain planning across diverse sectors.
