How BizClik Earned Greenly's Silver Climate Strategy Rating

BizClik Media Ltd has earned a Silver Climate Strategy Rating from Greenly, placing the company among the top 15% of organisations assessed through its greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting.
This achievement marks a key milestone in BizClik’s sustainability journey. The company recorded total emissions of 905.4 tCOâe, equivalent to 8.8 tonnes per employee, establishing a robust baseline to accelerate future reduction efforts.
The assessment provides valuable insight into BizClik’s emissions profile, identifying major contributors such as assets (38.6%), travel and commuting (21.0%), and digital activity (10.2%). This dataâdriven visibility enables the business to target highâimpact areas for action as it continues its global expansion.
“Achieving a Silver rating and placing in the top 15% is a fantastic milestone for BizClik and a reflection of the progress we’ve already made. More importantly, it gives us a clear, data-led foundation to build from,” says Stacy Green, Chief People & Sustainability Officer at BizClik Media.
âWe are now moving into the next phase of our journey, with a strong focus on implementing targeted reduction initiatives across travel, events, digital infrastructure and our supplier network. Sustainability is becoming embedded into how we operate, grow and deliver as a business, and we are excited about the impact we can make over the coming years.â
To contextualise its footprint, BizClikâs annual emissions equal roughly 525 return flights from London to New York or the carbon absorption of 82 hectares of forest over one yearâunderscoring both the scale of the challenge and the potential for meaningful progress.
With a clear baseline in place, BizClik is now developing its decarbonisation pathway, ensuring sustainability remains integral to its growth strategy as it continues to expand its global media and events portfolio.
Greenlyâs Silver Rating
Greenlyâs Silver Climate Strategy Rating recognises organisations that have progressed beyond carbon measurement to structured decarbonisation planning and implementation.
The rating forms part of Greenlyâs broader Climate Rating System, which uses a pointsâandâmedal framework (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) to assess how credible and Parisâaligned a companyâs climate pathway is.
To achieve Silver, a business must have measured GHG emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3, defined a multiâyear decarbonisation trajectory, and formalised action plans to reduce its overall footprint.
Greenly also evaluates governance factors such as supplier engagement, reduction roadmaps, and the integration of climate principles into corporate culture. Companies earning a Silver rating typically rank in the top 10–15% of those assessed—reflecting strong climate leadership, tangible reduction strategies, and alignment with global targets, including the Paris Agreement.
