To the panel, she brings her knowledge of building sustainable supply chains, forming multi-region supply contracts and implementing new operating models.

During her career, Maureen has managed the Supplier Relationship function for a $100M spend pool, negotiated multi-year, multi-region supply contracts and been responsible for significant global supply chain improvements. Much of her focus is on business led, technology enabled transformations, but is aware that people are the critical factor to ensuring successful and meaningful change. At Baringa, her role focuses on climate mastery and how people can be at the centre of this change.
