Amazon’s third-party logistics service, Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF), now supports merchants on Shopify, Walmart and SHEIN.

Sellers using these platforms can now pick, pack and ship orders using Amazon’s fulfilment network, regardless of whether the sale takes place on Amazon.com or elsewhere.

MCF already handles orders from eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop and Temu. By using a shared inventory pool through Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), sellers benefit from centralised stock management and consistent delivery performance, without needing to build separate logistics setups for each channel.

Fulfilment options grow

The expansion includes new integration capabilities for Shopify and Walmart sellers, while SHEIN support arrives by year-end.

For SHEIN sellers, a new app called Amazon MCF for SHEIN will be available on Amazon Seller Central, the SHEIN Seller Hub, and Amazon’s Supply Chain Portal. This free app allows merchants to use Amazon’s fulfilment services for their SHEIN orders.

George Chang, Head and General Manager of SHEIN Marketplace US, says: "As the #1 most visited fashion website globally and one of the top shopping apps, SHEIN is deeply committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting entrepreneurs, and fostering innovation in retail."

"Our partnership with Amazon MCF enables sellers to scale seamlessly and reach more customers nationwide—making the shopping experience faster and more reliable for everyone."

Shopify sellers also now have the option to route orders to Amazon MCF through the Shopify Fulfilment Network.

After linking their Amazon Seller Central and Shopify accounts, businesses can configure their setup to automatically forward orders to Amazon for fulfilment. This provides real-time tracking, inventory sync and performance metrics within the Shopify admin.

Amazon handles picking, packing and delivery, offering what it describes as a reliable and transparent experience for customers on Shopify.

Walmart sellers can also take advantage of the service. Orders can be processed either manually through Amazon Seller Central or automatically through integration partners including WebBee, Pipe17, Rithum, Goflow and Lingxing. This enables real-time inventory sync, branded or unbranded packaging and access to multiple shipping carriers. As with Shopify and SHEIN, Walmart sellers get fast and trackable delivery without handling logistics themselves.

Merchants report gains in sales

Merchants using Amazon MCF across non-Amazon platforms have reported an average 19% increase in sales and a 12% improvement in inventory turnover. This is driven by using one central pool of inventory for multiple sales channels.

Rather than stocking individual warehouses for each ecommerce site, sellers use Amazon’s network to fulfil everything from one place.

Peter Larsen, Vice President of Amazon Multichannel Commerce & Fulfilment, says: "Amazon’s world-class fulfilment network delights customers with fast, reliable delivery—fuelling the success of independent sellers in the U.S. and around the world."

"By working with SHEIN, Shopify and Walmart, we're making it easier for sellers – especially the small and medium-sized businesses that drive our economy – to use our network to grow faster and more efficiently across their sales channels."

Amazon’s logistics operation delivers orders seven days a week and continues expanding its fulfilment infrastructure. This year alone, the number of items available for fulfilment through MCF has increased by 750,000.

The company also reports that 30% more items are now delivered on the same day or the next day, compared to this time last year.

According to Amazon, this performance is supported by expanded delivery stations, sortation centres and transport hubs. Hundreds of thousands of merchants now use Amazon MCF globally, including large retail brands such as adidas, Laura Mercier, Dexcom, Steve Madden and Bloom Nutrition.

In the last year, there has been a 40% increase in large online retailers adopting MCF.

Supporting brand growth on and off Amazon

MCF now operates in 11 countries, enabling sellers to expand across websites, marketplaces and social channels using Amazon’s logistics backbone. This externalised fulfilment model helps sellers manage demand flexibly by scaling inventory up or down as needed.

Customers receive deliveries that match the speed and reliability they expect from Amazon, even when ordering through other platforms.

For merchants, the benefit is straightforward: fewer stockouts, improved turnover and a streamlined operation across platforms. By centralising fulfilment and inventory, businesses simplify their operations while giving customers consistent delivery performance.

Amazon continues to invest in its fulfilment offering as it looks to attract more sellers from outside its own platform. The aim is to be the go-to logistics provider not just for Amazon.com orders, but for ecommerce across the board.
