James H. Gellert, Executive Chair of RapidRatings
James Gellert is the Executive Chair at RapidRatings, a financial health data and analytics company based in NYC.
He is a recognised international authority on supply chain risk, counterparty risk management, US rating regulation and the heath of public and private businesses.
James previously worked in Debt Capital Markets at several global banks. He ran business in Deutsche Bank and brought financial institutions, non-US corporates and sovereign entities into the private debt capital and US public markets, as well as for global bond issuance.
He has run four private companies in the technology industry so far – an investment banking boutique focused on improving capital and M&A in the financial information services industry, as well as three in data, risk and media. James then acquired RapidRatings after selling three of these companies to focus solely on supply chain risk professionals and financial risk for credit.

Caldwell Hart, Principal, Procurement & Supply Chain Management at Avetta
Caldwell Hart is an experienced supply chain and procurement executive who is now the Principal of Procurement & Supply Chain Management at Avetta.
Throughout his career, he has worked for several industry sectors, including commercial, aerospace, industrial equipment, pharmaceuticals, distribution and semiconductor.
Caldwell also has extensive experience in sourcing and category management (indirect/direct), S&IOP, risk management, operational purchasing, supplier quality, supplier performance and compliance.
He has profound knowledge of several challenges organisations face, such as capacity building, scaling, M&A, capacity building, product lift cycle, regulatory and talent management.
Caldwell aims to catalyse improvements to quality, cost, lead times, OTD and working capital by focusing on ESG strategies, sustainable procurement, risk management and SCM/Procurement optimisation.

Chandan Trehan, Lead of Digital Supply Chains & Sustainability at Bosch
Chandan Trehan enhances the development of resilient, sustainable and highly efficient supply chain solutions by harnessing digital technologies as Lead of Digital Transformation, Supply Chains and Sustainability at Bosch.
His thought leadership has featured in leading national and international journals, where he explores the role of technology in solving real-world logistics and supply chain challenges.

Rick McDonald is the Former CSCO at Clorox and currently serves as the CEO of Rick McDonald Supply Chain Advisory.
At Clorox, Rick lead 6,000 of the company’s 9,000 employees operating in 27 countries.
He has received several accolades during his career, including being named as one of the Top 100 Supply Chain Leaders in 2024 by On Partners and Alcott Global Partners and a Top 10 CSCO by Logistics Tech.
Rick is a member of the Advisory Board of the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business and the Executive Advisory Boards of Cleo and PopCapacity.com. He is also the Chairman of the EAB for ketteQ.
