Leading logistics company Kerry Logistics has won the award for ‘Asian 3PL of the Year’ for the second consecutive year at the Supply Chain Asia Logistics Awards (SCALA) in Singapore.

The company retained its title following a ballot of Supply Chain Asia magazine readers and a final decision by a panel of Asia’s leading supply chain academics and leaders.

“To win this award two years in a row is indeed a great honour and reflects our solid presence throughout Asia. It is an award won through the hard work and dedication of Kerry Logistics staff across the globe. We would like to thank the readers of Supply Chain Asia who voted for us and also the judges for selecting us for this award,” said Mr William Ma, Managing Director, Kerry Logistics Network.

To retain the title of Asian 3PL of the Year, Kerry Logistics had to satisfy the judges in a range of criteria including the size and scale of the Asian network; IT know-how and systems; level of customer service; client partnering/track record in understanding, collaborating well with customers; launch/upgrade of new products and services on an ongoing basis to match market demand; reliability of service and value for money; ability to handle specialized shipments; level of local knowledge of developing Asian markets; approach to sustainability and social responsibility issues and approach to security and risk management. 

The category is open to logistics service providers that have originated in Asia or The Middle East and have their global headquarters in Asia or The Middle East.
