Agility, a leading global logistics provider, has announced the appointment of David Richards as Regional Director, Fairs & Events Europe. This position is an additional responsibility to Richards’ current position as Managing Director of Agility Fairs & Events UK.

In this expanded role, Richards leads the commercial growth of Agility Fairs & Events in Europe while overseeing the Agility Fairs & Events UK business. This includes building a strong alignment and enhancing the service offerings across the European countries in which Agility Fairs & Events operates.

Richards joined Agility in 1985 and had held various positions in events operations across the UK and Europe before being promoted to Director in 1994. Two years later, he was promoted to Managing Director of Fairs & Events UK. Based in Birmingham, Richards is a member of the Agility Global Fairs & Events Management Board.
