For more than 20 years, Lynn Wisner has been a leader in the procurement space. As Deputy Director of eCommerce and Procurement Best Practice, Wisner leads the Scottish Government’s Shared Service, supporting the full source to settle process from advertising contract opportunities to presenting electronic invoices for payments. 

Wisner also manages a cross-functional team of procurement professionals and the government’s involvement in procurement programmes. She also promotes best practices, collaborative working and shared learning, and provides research and insights on trends and developments.
