Spinnaker appoints ex IBM and Gartner supply chain executive to lead supply chain growth

A global supply chain services company that provides supply chain strategy, planning and operational consulting, has hired a new Vice President as it looks to propel its aggressive growth strategy.

Spinnaker, a global supplier of supply chain services including risk management and cost reduction to clients all over the world, has hired Oscar Salehi as Vice President to lead the company’s Management Consulting practice focused on strategy and business proves reengineering services.

Salehi has more than 30 years working in global supply chain operations, operating as both a vice president and director-level roles leading supply chain and manufacturing organisations across the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) market, pharmaceutical and medical devices, retail and high-tech consumer electronics.

He has also provided consulting and advisory services as a Leadership Partner at Gartner and was previously and Associate Partner at IBM, in which he worked with supply chain executives at Fortune 10000 companies to develop supply chain strategies, develop and transform organisations and selected and implement innovative technologies.
