Anders Lillevik, CEO & Founder of Focal Point
Anders Lillevik is a seasoned Chief Procurement Officer with over 20 years of experience in transforming large, complex procurement organisations. He has a rich background in implementing new procurement infrastructures and optimising legacy technology investments. Anders founded Focal Point to assist organisations in maximising the value of their procurement spend.
Jacqui Rock, Chief Commercial Officer at NHS England
Jacqui Rock oversees the Commercial Directorate at NHS England, managing the budget and 80,000 suppliers to ensure efficient spending and top-tier patient care. Since joining in January 2022, she has established the NHS Central Commercial Function, enhancing procurement processes, supplier engagement, and overseeing NHS Supply Chain.
Jacqui also manages the NHS Central Estates Function, which includes over 10,000 hospital buildings. Under her leadership, the NHS developed a Net Zero Building Standard and new National Standards for Hospital Food and Drink. Previously, she served as Chief Commercial Officer at the UK Health Security Agency and Commercial Director at the Ministry of Defence. Jacqui brings 30 years of financial services experience from companies like Credit Suisse and JP Morgan.
She was named in the CIPS Procurement Power List 2023 and topped Supply Chain Digital's ‘Top 100 Women in Supply Chain 2024’.
Quentin Remy, Head of Global Procurement and Strategic Sourcing at MCI Group
Quentin Remy is a solution and data-oriented leader with a decade of experience in the hospitality and travel industry (MBA in hospitality/tourism). He oversees MCI’s global value-chain strategy and relationship management, building long-term supplier relationships and developing global procurement and marketing strategies. Quentin supports hotel procurement and sourcing hubs in MCI offices worldwide.
Michael Van Keulen, Chief Procurement Officer at Coupa
Michael Van Keulen, known as “MVK,” is a dedicated procurement evangelist with a solid track record of driving value through business transformation at global companies. As Chief Procurement Officer at Coupa Software, the leader in cloud-based Business Spend Management software, MVK is responsible for implementing best-in-class procurement practices across the company. He supports business development and serves as a resource for peers aiming to elevate and digitally transform procurement. MVK is particularly passionate about team building, value creation, organisational transformation, CSR, and diversity & inclusion.
