Appian to share silo-busting digital transformation know-how

Gary Cassell, Global Manufacturing and Automotive Industry Lead with Appian, is to lead a webinar on best-practice digital transformation

Every supply chain manager is looking to find ways to unlock the potential of digital transformation, but how can this be done while working with existing systems and maintaining quality service in a live environment?

These and other key questions will be explored in-depth during a webinar called Proving Value from Supply Chain Digital Transformation, which will take place on Tuesday June 13 3:00pm BST.

Leading the discussion will be Gary Cassell, Global Manufacturing and Automotive Industry Lead with Appian, an end-to-end process automation platform to help businesses manage processes and customers more effectively.

Cassell will share his insight on best-practice ways to avoid information silos, and the benefits of breaking through them to leverage real-time in your working environment.

In his role at Appian, Cassell guides the go-to-market strategy for the company’s manufacturing practice worldwide.

He is an experienced manufacturing executive, with 23 years leading and managing operations and supply chain functions.

Cassell has held leadership positions in plant operations, EMEA and North America aftermarket businesses and corporate supply chain, where he drove large-scale digital transformations, with a focus on strategy development, performance metrics, data-driven process improvement,
