Kinaxis has been recognised as a Customers’ Choice in the 2024 edition of Gartner’s ‘Voice of the Customer’ for Supply Chain Planning Solutions

Kinaxis is an organisation committed to providing unmatched, world-class service and support at every stage of the customer journey.

This relentless dedication is reflected by its recognition as a Customers’ Choice in the 2024 edition of Gartner’s ‘Voice of the Customer’ for Supply Chain Planning Solutions.

Defining supply chain planning solutions

Gartner defines supply chain planning (SCP) solutions as platforms that provide technological support to enable firms to manage, link, align, collaborate and share their planning data across an extended supply chain.

SCP solutions serve as command centres for organisational planning, seamlessly connecting demand forecasting to supply response strategies, while bridging the gap between high-level strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.

Acting as a centralised hub, they create a unified source of truth for planning data and decisions, regardless of the complexity of underlying systems. This integration proves invaluable for businesses managing diverse technology stacks and multiple stakeholders across their supply chain networks.

Forward-thinking businesses are increasingly leveraging SCP solutions to elevate their decision-making capabilities and accelerate the journey toward supply chain excellence and digital maturity. The result is a more resilient, agile and competitive supply chain – one that is ready to meet the challenges of tomorrow.

Kinaxis emerges as Customers’ Choice

Voice of the Customer is aimed at bringing together Gartner Peer Insights reviews to guide buyers of various technologies and services.

Peers are verified reviewers of a product who not only rate the technology or service, but also provide valuable feedback which is worthy of consideration before making a technology purchase.

These combined peer reviews, alongside detailed individual reviews, complement Gartner expert research and can play a key role in the buying process.

In the supply chain planning solutions market, Gartner Peer Insights has published 531 reviews and ratings over the 18-month period ending 31 July 2024.

Voice of the Customer for Supply Chain Planning Solutions categorises eligible vendors – those with at least 20 published reviews, excluding reviews from vendor partners or end users of companies with less than US$50m in revenue – into four quadrants based on ‘user interest & adoption’ and ‘overall experience’.

Kinaxis emerges as a Customers’ Choice, scoring highly across all sub-factors.
