🏆 Procurement Transformation – Emirates NBD
A leading banking group in the MENAT region, Emirates NBD – founded in 1963 – provides a wide range of financial services including personal banking, corporate banking, investment banking, and asset management. In his role as CEO and Group Procurement Director, Ninian leads the supply chain organisation and is responsible for all technology procurement, all indirect spend, supporting all 26 Vodafone Operating companies, and sits on the Board of Vodafone Procurement Co.
Over the years, Ninan has been pivotal in reshaping Vodafone’s procurement strategy, improving the company’s supplier relationships, supply chain efficiency, and profitability. Ninian is also an advocate for sustainable procurement implementing stringent sustainable sourcing practices, and has been at the forefront of incorporating digital technologies into the company’s procurement processes.
