DiCentral acquires Compello Germany to create fastest growing integrated supply chain network

A leading provider of B2B supply chain collaboration and integration solutions worldwide has increased its European footprint.

DiCentral announced in a statement this week that it had acquired Compello Germany, providers of e-invoicing, EDI and invoice approval services. The acquisition creates DiCentral Europe, one of the fastest growing integrated business networks, with deep vertical expertise and an expansive global footprint that serves clients in more than 30 countries.

DiCentral will now have added reach to serve multi-national organisations looking to establish a unified global platform to support data integration. DiCentral Europe will work across a number of industries, including automotive, energy, financial services, logistics and transportation.
