A recognised industry leader, Alisa Bornstein is business-focused with more than 30 years of experience in multicultural leadership and driving change in complex, mature, and emerging markets, as well as large-scale matrix organisations.
Passionate about leadership, transformation, ESG in the supply chain, and elevating procurement to its highest level, Bornstein builds 360-degree partnerships and creates new opportunities for everyone, everywhere.
As CPO and VP of Sourcing at Visa Europe, Bornstein leads Visa Europe Sourcing, driving transformational change and continuous improvements. She also oversees the end-to-end strategic and operational delivery, partnering with global colleagues and supporting business across 37 European markets.
Her main focus is on value creation above and beyond cost savings, by strengthening collaboration with suppliers, propelling ESG in the supply chain, being inclusive and building a better world for everyone, everywhere.
Before joining Visa, Bornstein worked for Arm, IHS Twoers, Millicon (Tigo), Telia, BT, Travelogica Consulting, and Ericsson.
