Accenture in talks to acquire french consulting company Sliveo to reinvent supply chain and manufacturing processes.

Who is Silveo?

Founded in 2014, Silveo is a french consultant firm that aims to provide supply chain and manufacturing solutions to its clients that drive innovation.

Following the acquisition, Sliveo would join Accenture Industry X.0, Accenture’s framework for a future beyond Industry 4.0, that aims to no longer play catch up but invent a new era.

The addition of Silveo to Accenture, will enhance the company's capabilities to reinvent its supply chain and manufacturing processes at a fast rate. Providing a faster turnaround of innovative products and services to the increased demand for personalisation. 

“Silveo would add valuable expertise to Accenture that would immediately reinforce our service offering and nurture our organic growth. Their team would strengthen our ability to help clients use digital innovations to efficiently manufacture and supply products that fit the quickly evolving needs of their customers,” commented Olivier Girard, country managing director of Accenture in France and Benelux.

Flavien Parrel, managing director for Accenture Industry X.0 in France and Benelux, also commented on the potential acquisition: “Silveo’s expertise would enable us to better help clients benefit from digital technologies in industrial production. For instance, clients would be able to implement ‘digital twins’ of their factories. With these digital models, they can simulate changes to the factories without actually touching them. It can make the production process much more flexible and efficient.”
