Job To: Senior Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer, Banner Health
Ryan Koos has joined Banner Health as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare supply chain management to the Arizona-based non-profit health system.
Ryan takes responsibility for the full scope of Banner’s supply chain operations, including procurement, contracting, distribution, inventory and sourcing strategy. He will also work with internal teams to identify ways to integrate automation, drive innovation and adopt technology that can improve safety, quality and cost efficiency across Banner’s 33 hospitals and 450+ care sites.

Prior to his move, effective 16 June, Ryan held senior roles at Sharp Health Care in San Diego, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York and Oregon Health and Science University. He holds a degree in public health from Oregon State University and serves as an advisor to national health care supply chain councils.
